Cancellation Policy:
We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, our cancellation policy is as follows:
• More than 72 hours before check-in: Free cancellation.
• Between 48 and 72 hours before check-in: A 25% cancellation fee will apply.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before check-in: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Within 24 hours of check-in or no-show: No refund will be issued.
Please note that all refund calculations are based on the total booking amount and the time of cancellation prior to the check-in time of 2pm.

Check-in/Check-out - Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 AM.

Payment & Responsibility – Pay full room rent at check-in (in BDT). Guests are liable for any dues not covered by a company or sponsor.

ID Requirement – Present a valid National ID or passport at check-in. Foreign guests must also provide their passport and a valid visa copy.

Late Check-out – A fee of BDT 1,000 will be charged for each additional hour after the standard check-out time.

Loss & Damage Guests are liable for missing/damaged items after departure; the resort isn’t responsible for valuables left in rooms.

Smoking – Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. If you smoke anywhere else (including inside rooms), a BDT 10,000 penalty will apply.
